Hey everyone! This fanfic was submitted by a friend of mine named Angel. If you want to send her e-mail about what you though, click here
It's Friday night and you have nothing to do. You're sprawled out on
the sofa, watching TV but not seeing it. I'm going out of my mind! you
think. If something doesn't happen soon, I'll die.
Much to your surprise and delight, a helicopter...a HELICOPTER???
...yes, a helicopter...lands in your backyard. You run outside to see what's
going on. And there, in all of his shining, angelic glory...is...Nick
Carter. In a tux. With his golden hair endearingly windblown.
You are too shocked to say anything; you just stand there and gape like
an idiot. (Real smooth.) Bur Nick doesn't care; he's used to that. Without
hesitation, he runs to you, envelopes you in a warm hug, and kisses your
cheek.
"Wha...how..." you stammer.
"I knew I had to have you when I saw you at our concert. I even
remembered your name, and tracked you down."
You laugh and relax in his embrace.
"Where shall we go?" you ask him.
Nick smiles a delicious smile and says, "That's a surprise." He opens
the helicopter door and says, "Hop in."
So of course, you do. As you fly over the city, your hand clasped in
his, watching everything rush by, you think, Can this be real? But you look
up into Nick's shining eyes, his adorable smile, and you know you couldn't
ever imagine this. Not in your wildest dreams.
Finally, the helicopter lands, and Nick surprises you by taking you to
Chez Allez, an expensive, glamorous Italian restaurant. Everything is gold,
and the lighting is dim.
Nick and you are immediately seated at a table, order, and talk about
everything from your average life to his superstar life, from your most
exciting experiences to his most disappointing ones. The food is delicious,
but not half as delicious as Nick's warm gaze on you. A shiver ripples down
your spine.
The two of you sit in the restaurant and talk until eleven at night.
When Nick finally drops you off at your house, he slips his arm around your
waist and whispers, "I love you. And I want you to know that I've had the
time of my life. No concert can ever compare to this." He kisses you
warmly, lingeringly on your lips. And when you step out of the helicopter
and look up to wave good-bye, he blows you a kiss---a small token of the time
you shared.
