Izzy's Love Note
Izzy walked home after school feeling happy as ever. His true love bumped into him on his way home and dropped a letter by mistake. It read:
Dear Yolie,
Guess what? I think I’ve fallen for one of the cutest boys in the digi destined group. I hope he likes me. I going to bump into him today “by accident” to get a conversation going. What do you think? Oh, well, wish me luck!
Later!
Izzy happy because of the note.
'Oh my goodness! She wrote that she would bump into her crush by accident and she bumped into me. What luck! Maybe she likes me! I’ll have to ask her.' Izzy thought.
So Izzy went over to his crush’s house to ask if she liked him when he starts to think. 'What if she gets mad that I read her note? She’d be mad for not respecting her privacy. That’s not good. Maybe I should go to Yolie’s house and ask her if my crush likes me?'
So he went to Yolie’s house planning to ask her, afterall the note was addressed to her and she might now something about it.
Izzy went to Yolie’s house and knocked on the door. Yolie answered.
“Hi Yolie, you have a minute?”
“Sure Izzy, what’s going on?”
“Do you know if Kari likes me?”
Yolie paused for a second. Then asked. “Why do you ask? Do you like her?” Izzy turned red in the face.
“No reason. I found a letter that says she’s was going to bump into the digidestined boy that she likes but only making it look like an accident. Do you know anything about this at all?"
Yolie started to laugh. Then she opened the door a bit more so Izzy could see that Kari was there in the house listening to all he was saying. Izzy got even redder.
“See Kari, I told you he would fall for it! He actually thinks you like him! Pay up Kari!” Izzy was shocked. Kari didn’t like him. It was all a bet just to embarrass him. Izzy ran away embarrassed.
Later that day at Izzy’s house Kari came over. His mom let her in.She went over to his bedroom door and knocked.
“Izzy, I need to talk to you.”
“Go away!” He said behind the closed bedroom door.
“Izzy, this is important.”
“Okay, what?” He said rudely with the door opened a crack. Kari pushed the door open more and gave Izzy a kiss on the cheek. “I do like you Izzy. Yolie had just blackmailed me to play that trick on you. She was going to hurt my cat if I didn’t do it. Yolie’s mean!”
“Yes she is. And Kari..”
“What?”
A kiss on the cheek for Kari. “I like you too!” So they became good friends and ignored Yolie whenever she did bad things.
